"I loved this property, cute, quaint, cultured, and the staff were amazing. Boutique style hotel, colorful and cultured. I enjoyed the amenities for example the free yoga class twice a day, the Jamu cooking class, which is an Indonesian drink. The breakfast was awesome, kits of varitey. "We had the best stay at Montigo Resort! Staff were very hospitable and welcoming. Our room was super and comfortable! Loved it! Location was superb and there is a buggy out to the main road (but not back - 5 min walk).
Service was top notch.
Rooms are fairly clean- but finishings slightly dated (ie green rust on toilet holder, shower head) - signs of wear and tear.
What I didn’t quite like was that villas were only fitted with blinds. Hence allowed light to stream through/ not total black out.
The blinds also made me feel slightly paranoid if the rest of my party could look in.
