"The Ramayana is a great hotel. It’s conveniently located for a short walk to almost everything in Kuta. The pool seating area is small but really nice. We lost a phone in the taxi leaving for the airport and after we managed to get the taxi driver to take it back to the hotel reception. The lady I spoke to in reservations and Angreni specifically got it shipped back home to us. They went above and beyond."
