Arrived to find the queen room i had booked and paid for was not available (apparently it had been double booked through another booking agency (seriously?!)). "Stay at Ray Parc hotel for 2 nights in September. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from Mid-Valley. Check in and check out were smooth.
