The smaller rooms are tight but there are larger ones. It has everything u need with Japanese clinical efficiency. It felt a bit robotic. A negative would be their strict check out policy. "Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."
