"Vanskelig med kommunikasjon - få som snakker /forstår engelsk . Venter lenge på innreg pga manglende språktunneler . Flott hage - den var bedre enn forventet . Men opplevelsen av hotellet kunne blitt bedre , hvis kommunikasjon fløt bedre ."

La ubicación es inmejorable: está justo al lado de la estación de Shinagawa, lo que facilita muchísimo llegar desde el aeropuerto con el Narita Express, tomar el tren bala hacia Kioto u Osaka y moverse por todo Tokio gracias a la red de metro. Es una base perfecta para explorar Japón sin complicaciones. El desayuno fue el mejor de los tres hoteles en los que nos hospedamos. Para los viajeros occidentales es ideal: ofrecen yogurts de varios sabores, fruta...
