Kettle, microwave and safe in room. - Separate bathtub and shower. - Lawson's and 7-11 convenience stores right beside hotel. - Coffee machine in lobby. Minus: - Area around hotel is very busy with lots of unsavoury men trying to entice you to adult venues, but these are easily ignored. "

"The location is excellent at just a 3 minute walk from the Yamanote line. The room was clean and as expected. The aircon worked well and keep cool overnight. The bed was comfy. If you're looking for a no frills, place to sleep and shower, and take off for the day, this is the place to stay at."

"The location was perfect. We were about three minutes from the local subway station and were able to connect easily to get around Tokyo to all of our desired locations. The Japanese BBQ restaurant immediately around the corner was fantastic. Service and food were amazing there as well. The management was very responsive and provided for all of our basic needs. It was nice not to have to worry about shampoo and soap when we arrived, and there were even umbrellas for the rainy days. Communication...
