"The room when we initially entered was extraordinarily clean and spotless to our amazement with all the amenities fully functioning complimented with clear instructions in English and Japanese. Since we stayed for over a week, the complementary room cleaning service was just the same, leaving our room in an incredible state. Plus, we had no worries about our belongings being tampered with! "The location is excellent at just a 3 minute walk from the Yamanote line. The room was clean and as expected. The aircon worked well and keep cool overnight. The bed was comfy. If you're looking for a no frills, place to sleep and shower, and take off for the day, this is the place to stay at."
