Shinjuku Hotels with Shuttle Services

"This hotel is in the heart of Shinjuku. Great location and a simple 10 walk to the train station. Most staff speak some English which was helpful. Breakfast buffet was way over priced at 5000 yen and just ok. Rooms are small, but plenty of room in the bathroom. Bonus if you’re a Godzilla fan. "

"Lovely Bed, restaurant and staff "

"There is NO AIR-CON in the room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The hotel uses a centralised heating system with no ability to adjust the temperature per room. During my stay, the room was overwhelmingly warm with absolutely no way to cool it down. There is a Dyson fan provided, but it is simply a fan — not an air conditioning unit — and does nothing to actually lower the temperature. For a hotel at this price point, this is frankly unacceptable. The room itself is also very cramped. Even for a regular-sized person, the space felt restrictive — we could barely open two suitcases at the same time without struggling. The rest of the facilities were decent enough, but the lack of proper temperature control is a dealbreaker. I would not stay here again."

"Central and good facilities "

"The staff were so nice. However the hotel said it came with air conditioners. The room was stuffy and had thermostat set to 75. I was not able to adjust the temperature and when asked the staff explained the temperature was regulated by the facility. The staff were so nice and brought us a portable fan. All it did was circulate the hot air though. "

"Room was pretty small for 3 people and the hotel seemed to be older. It worked for our trip but I expected more for the price."

"The hotel is beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. The food is also incredible. I went to the crossroads kitchen daily for breakfast and it was the best food I’ve ever tasted. Plus the manager Fabio and his team were incredible to me the entire time. When I come back to Tokyo I am definitely staying here. "
