"I am going to be as fair as possible with my review, front desk staff was excellent, easy check in, very help full and spoke english, Lobby was clean. Good location, Airport bus shuttle from Narita stops right in front of hotel, the free shuttle to Disney was a big plus. "Really enjoyed our stay here. Check in and check out process was very easy. The amenities available in the lobby were great. Staff was friendly. The location was great for us as we enjoyed early morning walks. The Airport Limosine Bus drops off and picks up right in front which was very convenient. Only issue was beds and pillow were harder than we are used to, but that seemed to be the case in other Japan hotels as well. We had a 2 twin room and it was quite spacious."

"It’s a good hotel for tourism who are visiting Shinjuku. We had a spacious room on the corner but the only thing missing was the fact that the room didn’t have chairs to sit in. It was rather a simple bench against the wall which is less convenient if you want to sip a drink while watching the excellent view of the city. No gym facilities or pool. Breakfast is great and had excellent choices for any taste!"

"Very pleased with our stay at this APA hotel location, we stayed at another APA hotel in Osaka and it didn't have any additional facilities and the room was smaller too. This one has a 24/7 Lawson's in the hotel building, super close to Ryogoku station and quite a bit of restaurant options within walking distance. Highly recommend for a cheap and convenient stay."
