"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."

"Outstanding property. Everything was perfect. Five minute walk to major train station and numerous subways. A Lawson is a two minute walk. Amazing lounge upstairs with great food and drinks. Front desk is extremely helpful and pleasant. Carpet in room was a bit older - other than that everything was great."

"The hotel was in a great location right next to the Tokyo station. Just that it was difficult to find it once we arrived at the station. There are simply too many exits for the first-time visitor. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The fitness and amenities are a bit on the lower side, maybe because this is for business travelers? It would be nice if there were some extra washrooms. Overall, very nice hotel and I enjoyed the stay there!"
