"We stayed at Grand Hyatt Tokyo on the 6th floor, and unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations.
The bathroom felt quite neglected, there were visible cracks in the shower area and overall cleanliness could have been better, with small details that made it feel a bit dirty and not well maintained.
At night, the noise level was also an issue. We could clearly hear ambulances and sirens, which made it difficult to fully relax and rest.
Overall, the hotel didn’t give us the Japan...

"The hotel is very good value for 5 star hotel
Location excellent next to the train station and also clean. I stayed at 4 point by Marriott cost more and the room fit only 1 persons with no amenities.

"The grand prince hotel is actually 3 hotels in one. Connected by a beautiful Japanese style garden you can walk between and use the amenities of all three hotels. The food is a little on the pricy side but I’d recommend you try one of them at least once. We got a free gift with Expedia to try their sauna but they aren’t tattoo friendly."
