"This is the third time I stay with this hotel. I love the location and it is right in the heart of Ginza with multiple lines of subways and trains. The hotel is getting a bit aged over the year. Room is clean but too small. Hotel is getting too busy with organized tour and if we got back to the hotel at the wrong time. We are struck and waited for elevator for quite a long time especially when you are exhausted and tired. For short stay like a day or two is fine. For longer stay, I am finding...

"Perfect location! Short walk from asakusa line, direct sky access train to hotel from narita airport, and we took the ginza line most of the time. Very convenient location. Sensoji just a stone throw away and many shops and eateries nearby. Room is abit old and dark but still pretty clean. Housekeeping can be improved as hairs still can be seen after housekeeping but generally is ok. Disposable amenities still provided.
