"The hotel windows need a major cleaning and the rooms need to be remodeled or retouched.
The staff aren’t welcoming and don’t smile or greet you. I don’t understand why they are in the hospitality business. There was one staff who was totally out of line and he needs to be coached. The restaurant seemed nice and remodeled and the breakfast was good. Overall, I would not stay there again if I don’t have to. I didn’t feel comfortable at all. It is just a place to sleep and take a shower but...

"Lovely hotel. Very clean with helpful staff. Great central location to bars and shops. Nice cosy room with wide screen T.V and good size bathroom. The only issue was a slight lack of wardrobe and draw space. Would definitely visít again."

"Great location with the Mornington Crescent station a 4 minute walk away. The property was very clean with great amenities like the fridge & freezer, kettle, oven and cooktop. The weather was mild during our stay but we did use the AC and it nice to have when needed. The shower was large and water pressure and temperature were perfect. If you are not used to city living or have never experienced you may need to get used to the noise that come with it. They do provide ear plugs (we did not need...

"The room was not the cleanest. Sofa was dirty and the sofa bed in our reservation was laid directly on the floor which was not clean. There was a bug crawling while I was laying on the sofa bed so that’s telling. We were given the room right by the entrance so it was very noisy from others coming in and out and street traffic. We stayed 1 night, thankfully. The staff were really nice but the cleanliness was not it for us, especially traveling with a baby."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful and the noise levels overall were okay! The room could have been cleaner but it was all okay. The location is right near tube stations and has a handful of lovely pubs and places to grab food
The biggest downside was the bed! The mattress was damaged/soft on one side so with two us staying it was rather uncomfortable and very easy to roll out the bed accidentally! There was also a fire alarm issue one morning that persisted for a good amount of time."

"We were very disappointed with the state of this apartment. Three main troublesome areas:
1. The pictures in the listing are deceiving — the apartment is much older and has not been kept up. The carpeting, couch and appliances are very old and worn.
2. The common areas are in very poor conditions, even less maintained and borderline filthy — carpets and walls were very dirty with tons of stain marks and are in serious need to be ripped out and redone.
3. The windows in the bedrooms didn’t...

"We stayed in a Junior Suite with breakfast included. Check in was slow as there was only one member of staff in the level check in area at 1500 hours which is the advertised check in time.
The room was large and as expected but was a little worn and we had no iron or ironing board which delayed us getting ready as had to wait for one being sent to the room.
There is very little noise proofing and can hear every noise in the corridor and neighbouring rooms. We heard a very loud water pipe when...
