"The Family Room has nice windows for walls on two sides and was larger than the advertised 22 m2. It was actually 25 m2. However, it does NOT have 1 queen and 1 single bed because it can only sleep 2 people, not 3. It has 2 super single beds. The room had a kettle, but no coffee or tea as advertised. "As I stayed for 2 night with 5 rooms, my room 913 had housekeeping request but the standard of making up the bed was appalling. The bedsheets was crumbled a d the co.forter was just slip to cover the bed. The housekeeping personnel was a young foreign Indian male. As a frequent traveller for my line of work, this bed making standard is far from a 5 star hotel protocol. On a strong note, your front desk staffs were excellent . Just an honest feedback"
