"Great hotel in great location. Room was clean, of a good size and had everything we needed. Breakfast selection was good and the restaurants were good value for money, particularly the Sky Bar happy hour. Location was spot on, right on the KLCC park and two minutes walk to twin towers."

"The 30sq-metre room is big and spacious, clean room, very friendly staffs, great, comfortable and quiet room, very accessible location and about 15-20min walk to Jonker street. We were surprised with a birthday cake from hotel staff as one of our family member’s birthday month. Thank you so much and will come back on our next trip. Only downside is the room main windows is facing close to another rooms, but it ok as we were always outside. "

"Really enjoyed our 3 night stay here at the start of our Malaysia holiday. The hotel is located within an easy 15 min walk to the Petronas Towers and KLCC. Helpfully, the Avis car rental office is also located at the ground floor business lobby, which made out subsequent hire car pickup very easy when we checked out The hotel is of a more traditional, grand style. The rooms have recently been updated and modernised and are very comfortable. The gym was excellent and the outdoor pool very pleasant after a morning of sightseeing in the heat. Lots of fresh towels always available. We had an Exec room which meant we got access to the club lounge where complimentary cocktails/drinks and snacks were available each evening and made for a relaxing start to the evening The staff were always friendly and helpful, particularly so in the main lounge area where we enjoyed relaxing with a drink. Breakfast was excellent as ever for a Sheraton, with lots of choice for all nationalities and the usual polite and efficient service. Would happily stay here again when visiting KL"

"The location of this hotel is 100 out of a 100. Express train direct from the airport to KL sentral where the hotel connects to without going outside on the street. Staff are extremely friendly. Hotel is clean and very well maintained. I'll recommend my families to stay here if they go to KL. KL sentral has all the transportation connections and it's a big shopping mall as well. Same can be said to Hilton and meridian, cost a bit more."
