Stayed there for 4 nights. Husband, wife and 12 year old boy. The pool on top floor was the highlight. Rooms were nice and clean. Beach was on walking distance. Cenang beach, which is closely, is one of the nicest beach on the island. We had a wonderful time !

We were upgraded to a junior suite because the original room assigned faced construction work. The suite has a sea view with floor to ceiling glass allowing for a sweeping panorama. Staff was very courteous. All the spaces have been kept very clean. Would highly recommend the resort

Wait till it finished

There was no mention of the fact this hotel was unfinished, partially a building site. Lots of things not working, like the lift, jacuzzi and one of the restaurant. Building workers all over the place. Location is good, noise from noisy bars on the road side of the hotel from 10pm -2am. Breakfast was a bit disappointing not up to a 5 stars standard.

We stayed in a villa with my family. First impression about the villa was amazing. After when we came in 2 rroms air condition wasnt working. Maintennce team came and fixed the problem. After that every day of our stay (7nights) we had maintenance proboem with the villa, shower door making squeaky very loud noise, door wont shut properly, one of the other shower water got blocked, bathroom door from inside couldnt be open, lift wasnt working properly, saw coakroaches in the bedroom. Rugs was very dirty with yellow stained. Also we had a big slug near our pool. Breakfast was poor and was Chaotic for few days. Couldn't enjoy our breakfast. Cant actually put all the problem we had. Was very stressful

Over Rated Over Priced Will Not Stay Here Again

The only nice about this place is the room which is new. But the balcony looked like it was never been washed. It was dusty. Water from the toilet was always yellow and dirty. Breakfast wasn't nice at all. Not much selection, bad and slow service, hygiene obviously not on their priority. We paid about MYR1500 per night and absolutely over rated. Not worth the price paid. We stayed 2 nights and wished we never did. The reception counter both at check in and check out was so slow and unprofessional. Photos on their website is so misleading/ We definitely will NOT be coming back to this hotel.
