A lovely hotel with a great view
We arrived at the hotel around noon and was allowed to check-in straight away without having to wait for the 3pm check in time. Plus, we were offered an upgrade from our partial seaview room to a full seaview room. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully designed. The service of the hotel is outstanding. The staff are very friendly and interact with guests all the time. Even the GM came around to talk to us during breakfast when he was making his round in the restaurant. The buffet breakfast was excellent. A good selection of both Malaysian and western cuisine on offer. I would have happily had it for lunch or dinner as unfortunately, I can't really eat much at breakfast time. The only minor negative issue is that the bed is a bit too soft for my liking, but that can be just me. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay at the hotel.

Fast check-in, warm and friendly staff. I booked 2 queen seaview room and the size was great with an amazing view of the ocean. Breakfast was fantastic (loved the mac & cheese)! My only feedback is the tight parking space and the charge of 5myr per day.

The room is not matching to the Hotel Star rating. Couldn't find a glass, mug, kettle in the room. Drinking water provided in the glass bottles and only one of them is with sealed. Not sure was is opened previously and drinkable. Bath room drainage is slow and water ponding while having shower. Bath room and main doors have no hydraulic door closer. Early morning can hear the door slamming sound from other rooms and levels. Hotel indicated will provide mosquitoes repellent spray but staff said out of stock. Dont understand why they require TnG card validation everytime before exit car park. Besides, hotel is charging car park fee RM5 for every 24 hours usage. This is puzzling me that a hotel fee of >RM1000, they are still charging the customer RM5 car park fee. Car park lift always has bad smell.
