"The location was great. It was a 15 minute walk to the Town Hall, and only a five minute walk to the train. The hotel was overall clean but we had a room with large stains on the area rug and the couch was old and dirty. The air conditioner would not work either. When we spoke to the staff at the front desk, there was no effort to have it checked out. It was miserably hot in the room."

"The hotel was great, room was nice. Breakfast served everyday. The only thing that the door doesn't has internal lock. At once, the worker knocked the door only once and open the door. We felt shocked and hope it won't happened again. Otherwise, everything was fine. "

"The stay is great, love the hot chocolate at the lobby and the $50 credit that comes with the stay. even greater was the FIFA world cup contest that was going on.
Love to commend Charlotte who is working at the cafe. She is very friendly and pleasant throughout my stay here.
On the other hand, Jade is very unfriendly, who even rolled her eyes at me when I said "sorry?" as she mumbled when talking to me. I couldn't hear her at all and she looks like she doesn't even enjoy working there. Makes me...
