"Check-in and concierge services were very friendly and helpful. We really liked the hotel and the suite. The only issue we encountered was the very inconsistent information regarding a late check-out. The day before our departure, we were told to ask again in the evening because the daily rate was not yet known. In the evening, we were then told that the hotel was fully booked and that we could only check out at 12 pm instead of 11 am. On the day of departure, we were once again informed that a late check-out was not possible. It was only when we spoke to a more experienced staff member that we learned a late check-out was in fact available for an extra charge. We happily paid this fee and were able to check out at 3 pm. This was very important for us as we were travelling with two small children and our flight to Europe was not scheduled until 10 pm. ⸻ "

"Great location with very friendly staff. Unfortunately my flight got cancelled at 7:30pm on Wednesday night and next available flight was Friday at 12:30pm. A quick look on Wotif found this hotel and what was a very stressful situation became a lot easier. Thanks really appreciate your hotel I will be staying here whenever in Sydney."

"We received a free room upgrade on arrival, parking was convenient although the clearance was only 2.0m not the 2.1 staff had said over the phone prior to arrival, I'm glad I took our smaller car. The breakfast was pretty comprehensive, something for everyone. Overall we had a great stay"
