"CODE was wonderful!!! Vicky was great on the walking tour and Leighton was so helpful when I was checking in. The staff is there 24/hrs and were all so kind and helpful. The check in/check out process was so easy. They provide towels and Wifi. Rooms were clean, cute, and comfortable!"

"The room was okay. For a freshly refurbished hotel, the walls were quite stained and dirty. My biggest downside of the room was the lack of a safe. I have never been to a hotel anywhere without a safe. The location is quite central to the rest of the city. The staff is nice, but there is no elevator and they do not offer help to transport your luggage- so if you have a bad back or something of that effect, you should probably reconsider this property. "Continental breakfast without hot foods. Staff was excellent and focused on pleasant exchanges and were helpful. We were told there would be “welcome water” in the room but there wasn’t and we had to purchase bottled water from the bar. Otherwise, nice and updated. Room was warm, but they brought us a fan to use for sleeping."

"The TV remote didn't work and when i raised this they came back with new batteries and it still didn't work.
The coffee machine didn't work properly, and there were coffee cups. There was also no kettle to boil water for the teas provided.
The heating was not responsive and it was cold in the room. When this was raised they brought a small very loud portable electric heater.
They did give us complimentary 'milk and cookies' which felt a little childish.

"I stayed here for 6 nights. This property has many attractive features. It is a 1 min walk from the Picardy tram stop for the airport tram. It is a short 10 min walk to waverly train station. "The hotel was great near all attractions. The issue I had was I needed to cancel a room but couldn’t do it through Expedia. They advised to contact the hotel directly, but as I’d booked and paid through Expedia I couldn’t cancel it direct. So ended up paying for a room and a breakfast that I didn’t use."

"3 night stay with breakfast.
Lots of plus points but also some negatives.
Positives were:
Staff were all excellent. All really friendly and helpful.
Location is perfect. Right in the centre, so walking distance to the main sights.
Breakfast was fabulous. The food was ordered from a menu and cooked to order. We never had other meals there but we're sure they would have been just as nice.
The bar area was chilled out and the staff really looked after everyone in there.
