"Absolutely loved all the plants and how cozy it was. The staff were all so friendly, and we really loved the free coffee/ tea/ hot chocolate and evening happy hour! The location was perfect, it was quiet but still so near the action. Would definitely return!"

"The double queen deluxe room was huge! We had a lovely view of the Empire State Building. The hotel sits on a walking only street with tons of restaurants. Very close to the subway and walkable to everything. Housekeeping came on a daily basis and provided new bottles of water, towels, etc. Anthony at concierge was so helpful on our last day there; held our luggage all day so we could tour New York and had a taxi waiting to take us to the airport. This will be our go to hotel for all NYC...

"We stayed for 2 nights. The room was spotless when we checked in and was serviced the next day. My only complaints were that the room safe was inoperable and there were no slippers as advertised. I complained to the front desk about the safe and was told that someone would come fix it. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and quiet. Good pressure in the shower. Very clean bathroom and tub. The continental breakfast was good. Nice selection of pastries and breads, yoghurts, fruits, hard boiled...

"Every staff member I interacted with was very lovely, my disappointment is only in the room. The lighting is awful, both harsh and dark at the same time. A couch in my room was impossible to sit on, the cushions were sunken in. The a/c was loud and not cool enough, the room had a stuffy air to it. The shower curtain allowed water to pool on the bathroom floor. Plugs for devices only on one side of the bed. It just did not feel like a 5 star property at all. "

"Très bonne surprise. Logement très propre y compris les draps, les serviettes et couvertures. Salle de bain et toilettes en bon état. Aucun problème avec les équipements mis à disposition, tous fonctionnels. Bon point également pour la literie qui est d'un bon niveau. La description du logement faite sur le site correspond à la réalité.
Très bonne localisation pour accéder au metro. Nombreuses possibilités de restauration dans la zone, très proche de Times Square.

"The location was great! We even walked back from shopping on 5th ave to the hotel. The room was small but it was fine as we were in and out. All linens were Frette, bed was super comfortable, and the shower was hot! We were on the 9th floor so we didn’t hear any street noises. Breakfast was grab and go but there was a hot option and there was space in the cafe if you wanted to sit and eat there. It was a perfect stay for the weekend!"
