"I requested a quiet room but was given a street facing room that was so noisy. I know it's NYC and you can expect some street noise, but this was not a normal level. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds, but the sound from the street really put me off and would make me think twice before booking again. "

"Very nice hotel. Room very clean and was a nice size for NY and hotel was in a great location. Unfortunately some minor things let it down, basin hot tap was broken, shower thermostat wasn’t working properly (was hot or very hot) and room wasn’t made up despite the sign put on the door. If rooms are not made up automatically, it would have been nice to have been advised during check in. Despite this, we would definitely stay here again. The attached Benjamin Steak restaurant was in our opinion...

"Easy, friendly and helpful check-in. Tight quarters, to be expected in NYC in an economy room. Nice view though, well ventilated. Clean, good washroom. Loved the 24hr gym. Loved having a Starbucks downstairs for breakfast. All staff were so friendly. Great location being by Penn Station, next to everything. Lots pf walkable food options for all meals, drug stores, groceries and bars. Never tried Goldies but great there was one downstairs if desired, looked decent, had TVs showing sports. Will...
