Also disappointed that the staff did not repair the phone in the room as requested. And the water pressure in the sink faucets could be higher without hurting anything. Certainly will stay there again, but don’t slip from a four star. Would have liked to have known what the situation was. They kept us out...

"The price of the room per night was more affordable than I expected for an high-end hotel. Optimal location for easy walking access to major cultural locations in the downtown area. Love that there was a restaurant and cafe onsite. And the staff were some of the kindness and most helpful I’ve experienced at a hotel. Would definitely consider booking here again for a future trip. "
