Staff was attentive and provided excellent service. The room was clean and ready at check-in. Everything was new and in great working order. Strong water pressure in our 3rd floor room. Love that! The bed was quite comfortable. Valet parking was easy and my car was waiting for me at checkout.

Was received right away from valet, the receptionist Ulysses was very nice friendly welcoming had everything ready to make a fast check in. The hotel itself is the most beautiful and cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in. Room was spacious comfortable very clean again. If we’re ever back in the area definitely coming back here

Great new hotel in the heart of Koreatown. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, linen and beds were comfy. Only thing is I hope they upgrade the TV so you can use streaming services and browse channels easier.

The hotel is modern and the room was very up-to-date, quiet and clean. The amenities in the room were very nice. Restaurant was still under construction but several good breakfast places nearby. Would stay there again. Very Nice!

The hotel is in a really good location however only having one steamer and it being at the front desk was a little frustrating. Also our thermostat did not work in our room. No advertisement for the $200 credit card hold was very upsetting to find out about on day of check in. With that said the staff was pleasant and helpful and the hotel was very clean.

The place was very clean!! Only cons: Walls are a little thin as I heard my neighbor barging into his room talking very loud at 2AM. Parking is $45 a night and it’s a super small lot where the valet attendant has to play musical chairs in the morning trying to get your blocked out car free. So if there’s somewhere you need to be, make sure you plan accordingly to give some time for that. Overall great hotel!
