The most exceptional hotel we have ever stayed at in LA. The staff checking in , the valet, the restaurant staff, the ancillary staff and housekeeping were incredibly exceptional. The room was perfect. The amenities were perfect. The age and upkeep of the hotel was remarkable. We will not stay anywhere else.

I love the aesthetic and vibes of the hotel, however, it is a little bit too dark for me. There are some amenities that might be a little bit old like the hair dryer, but other than that, everything is nice. The staffs are very nice & welcoming. The cleaning of the room makes it so much better to come back to. Had an amazing trip overall!

The front desk staff were excellent, especially Brian and Vee. The bellmen are also very welcoming and helpful with navigating your way around town. I will be staying here again, and would highly recommend the Fig.

Although I didn’t have time to enjoy the amenities, I always love staying at Hotel Figueroa! My favorite place to stay in the Los Angeles downtown area! My room is always clean, staff is always helpful, the outdoor pool is wonderful and so is the restaurant and bar. Everything you need is within walking distance. Perfect place to stay if you’re in town for an event at either the Crypto Arena or the LA Convention Center.

Very nice hotel if you want to stay downtown, and it was quiet despite being right in the middle of a lot of activity. The proximity to LA Live gives walkable restaurant and entertainment options, but there are also good dining options at the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable and nicely decorated. Appreciated the free coffee each day in the lobby, and the happy hour at the bar. Breakfast at Cafe Fig was delicious, and we enjoyed our dinner and dessert at Florence on the Water, the two onsite restaurants. The bar area/lobby has a lot of great seating areas and a casual menu of great looking food, though we only had drinks there. Would stay here again.
