"Lovely helpful reception team. I didn’t get to the Bull and the Hide til almost 1am but the team had sent me a code for the door and given clear directions as to where my room was. After a nightmare journey I came into a lovely warm room, spacious bathroom, a good selection of hot drinks, water coke, biscuits and crisps. Lovely fluffy towels. Bed was super comfy as were the pilllows, I’d definitely stay here again "

"First time booking at this hotel and it was great! From the moment I checked in until I left everything was smooth, rooms are great and personal unlike the branded hotel, clean and spacious rooms, no noise at all from the pub downstairs! A special shoutout to Silvi, the lady who checked me in and took me to my room, she was so friendly and welcoming and explained everything to me, I am defo booking again when I’m in the area thank you!"
