We had a lovely one night stay in rook 18 (Called Afternoon tea) to visit family in the area. Room was amazing, fabulous bathroom, excellent food for dinner and breakfast. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend and will stay again when in the area.

Always exceptional

Regular visitor and love the spacious and individuality of the rooms. It also means we can stay without having to have an accessibility room as have walk in shower and plenty of room for walkers etc. Service always exceptional and go the extra mile. Food is also delicious! Great area to walk the dog.

A great night spent at Horndon-on-the-Hill

Although I only stayed for one night at this lovely hotel the staff and the atmosphere made my stay a wonderful experience. Definitely eat at the pub downstairs - they have some excellent food!

This is our second stay at The Bell. Once again the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was super clean, the bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious and we had all the facilities we needed. Wrap all this up with the olde, worlde charm of the building and it all combined once again into a lovely break.

The staff were absolutely amazing in this place! Not to mention the rooms - lovely, clean and comfortable. To top it off, we held an evening meeting here and the food was incredible. Would highly recommend and use again
