Penerbangan + Hotel ke London Borough of Bexley

Hieno kokonaisuus.

Breakfast was the high point. But a low point was the limited availability of of electrical outlets in the room … I could only find two … neither at the head of the bed for my Bi-Pap. We also had problems communicating our need to stay an additional night, and were locked out forcing us to speak with the manager on duty. After presenting our case (that we had be assured it was resolved) we were charged double the rate to extend us the privilege. Had we known this would happen in advance, we would have most certainly have chosen another venue.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Clermont. Good room that was spacious enough, very friendly staff and very diligent on the room cleaning, and the free mini-bar was an outstanding touch...much appreciated! Our room was on the backside of the building, so while we could hear the trains from Charing Cross up until about 10:30 pm, it was actually fairly quiet during the night. Great stay!

So nice. And the best service. So nice to children ❤️

Judging a hotel when everything goes right is easy. Rating one when mishaps happen is when you learn why they are a four star hotel. A couple of issues happened, but the way the staff handled them was above and beyond my expectations. I will willingly stay here again.
