"Charming, small and nicely renovated hotel near Union Square. The staff are courteous and welcoming, and it's a good place to spend a few hours in the lobby just chatting on the phone in the lobby or resting in between ventures out into the city. I'll be back!"

"The security gaurd Michael that works weekends was wonderful! He was so friendly and hospitable. He gifted our boys collectible baseball cards upon our departure and told us the story to each card. The property was neat and clean. It was so nice having our room on the same floor as the pool since we traveled with kids. We will definitely be returning to this hotel."

"Hotel was super clean; bed (and pillows) was very comfortable; extra blanket and pillow in the closet (which I used); nice sized room (King bed option) and didn't feel cramped at all; room was hot when I checked in, but the ac worked quickly to cool it down and keep it at my desired temp; hotel staff allowed me to check in early, which I so appreciated, coming straight from the airport; loved location right on the Bay; parking is free and the area is safe and well lit; staff super friendly and helpful; breakfasts were really good (the omelets were amazing) with a great selection of food. The only negative for me, was I had a super early flight, and the shuttle didn't start until 4:03am and I needed to be at the airport by 3:20am, so I had to call an Uber. With that being said, I would definitely plan on staying there again. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!"

"Arrival and signage to main lobby very clear. Interior lobby is grand and an incredible architectural space. Check in was quick and easy. Upgraded to a suite with decent views and nice space however the bathroom layout could be improved. Shower was narrow and shower head spray was not very wide and water pressure was poor. Also hot/cold is mislabeled. A suite should have more gracious bathroom spacing. Other than everything is great, not sure I would pay for suite again unless bathroom situation was rectified. "
