This is a small but beautiful and quaint beachside resort in the sleepy town of Half Moon Bay. Solid gourmet continental breakfast included room was large, Long and narrow bed was very comfortable.

I had the ocean view room and the view was beautiful. The fireplace was lovely. However, the beach was very smelly as there was a dead sea lion and tons of dead birds on the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at The Beach House. It was exactly what we needed for a quick get-away. Room was a tad-bit dated, but the view and sliding doors to the patio were everything. Breakfast was a wonderful array of local and healthy options of baked goods, yogurt, fruit, etc. (The coffee was very good!) The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the large room with fireplace overlooking the harbor. Spent time walking the coast line and loved being able to go next door to Sam's for drinks and dinner. The pasteries at the breakfast were outstanding! Thank you for a memorable stay!
