"Very clean room, nice bathroom with great water pressure and plenty of towels, very friendly staff at all locations, and comfortable beds. I also appreciated the secure parking facility. Breakfast is not free but there were several grab and go options which I utilized. "

"We stopped here enroute to our cruise. Easy free shuttle to the hotel. Hotel was clean and restful. Pool on roof with hot tub nice and clean. Publix transit 5.50 total to World Cruise Center was easy.. out the front doors turn left walk about .75 mile to Aiviation / LAX to Harbor Train (C line - Orange ride 4 stops), take the steps down to the bus (950 Silver line to San Pedro) hit the button or get off at Beacon and first. Very easy but not for everyone. Be sure to download the tap card app...

"Very kind and welcoming front desk, even at 1am when we got in. I sent in a room request a week before our stay and it was generously accommodated. We both walked and took the Toy Story lot shuttles. Walk is around 12 minites to the security station at Disneyland. Security is at the bus stop at Toy Story, so taking the bus can get you to the gates a little faster. The room was clean and spacious. Lots of hot water, king bed was comfortable. The room coffee is instant coffee with a hot water...
