"I was quite disappointed with my recent stay, primarily due to a lack of basic amenities and the clear feeling that hotel guests are not prioritized. Right away, I noticed the absence of typical courtesies; there were no complimentary water bottles provided in the room, and breakfast is not included at all, with every item needing to be paid for separately. "Overall, I liked the hotel. I have never stayed at a hard rock hotel. It looked very exquisite. The only thing is I was expecting to have a city view and I was put in a room with the view of the courtyard that was disappointing. Besides that the hotel was OK I probably wouldn’t stay at it again given another chance to go to San Diego, I would look for other hotels, but since it was last minute, the hard rock was decent as far as price and location. I give it 3 stars"
