"We had an excellent seven night stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were personable and extremely helpful particularly Zainob and Ola. The breakfast in the attached restaurant Keepers was excellent with many options. The greeters and waitstaff provided friendly and competent service. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Location was a five minute walk to the underground tube system. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"When I first arrived, I noticed the bed sheets weren’t completely clean—they had a few small hairs and some dust. However, after requesting a change, the staff quickly replaced them and from then on, the stay was excellent. The location is fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants within a five-minute walk, plus a nearby Tube station that made exploring London easy.
