the staff were very helpful , the hotel is only 2 minutes from the Ilford Station to the Elizabeth line so was very easy getting into Central London even with the transit strike going on

Carpet needs a deep clean. The room is tired, and the noise at night is a joke! Doors banging, running up and down the stairs, loud talking at all hours. Zero consideration for other guests. I will say the hotel is conveniently placed though, and near the train station, local high street for food, drinks and basic shops.

I had a mostly good experience at this hotel. The location is excellent – it’s very convenient for both train and bus access, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are a few things that could be improved. In my room, there was no bedside lamp, so I had to turn on the main light for the entire room, which wasn’t ideal. The pillow was also quite small and made it difficult to sleep comfortably. One major issue was an alarm that went off early in the morning on one of the days, which was very disruptive. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for the location and service, but a few small changes could make the experience much better.

We booked into lucky 8 but stayed at best western. We enjoyed our short stay, quick walk to the station freindly staff. A lot of reviews regarding the heat however I think this is just the building other then that not a bad word to say

It was ok for the price we paid but the hotel can improve by making subtle changes like providing more pillows because when we asked for pillows they had none.Also more toilet paper needs to be provided.Parking is an issue too.

I have made reservation a room in Lucky 8 Hotel But When I arrival they shifted another hotel which was not good for communication, Cleanness, Room Size, Lock was not good, wash room also so bad. Overall they cheat with us.
