"From start to finish our stay was lovely! We called the night prior to make sure everything was okay and Tim was very nice to speak with and even offered to collect us from the train station! "Absolutely exceeded expectations! Even though this is technically a 4-star hotel, it more than deserves 5 stars in my book.
