"Fantastic stay at maison valentina. Very nice apartment. Great for couple with older kids. There are three floors so it might be not advised for younger kids (given the stairs). Bathroom is a bit small on bedroom floor but manageable. Other comforts more than make up for it. Located in a quieter area of Venice which was perfect. All amenities (grocery and restaurants) a few minutes away. Very enjoyable stay."

"We hebben een doorreis vakantie onderweg hebben wij deze appartement geboekt en we zijn heel goed geholpen, vriendelijke dame Rossana heeft het ons erg gemakkelijk gemaakt. Voor het begeleiden naar het appartement als tijdens ons verblijf. Super bedankt voor alles. Ligging van het appartement is heel goed niet in de drukte maar tegelijkertijd heel dicht bij het SAN Marco plein. Dus de drukte was binnen hand bereik. "This hotel is located in the small town of D’Altino, which can be convenient to stay at for cost purposes. Making the trip to Venice is a 25 minutes journey by train (there are 2 trains per hour) and then you can take the 1 hour boat ride to the main center of Venice. If you miss your stop to D’Altino like we did on the last train around 12 am as 2 young ladies ( because the stops are not always mentioned or show up on the screen) don’t count on help or sympathy from the nighttime hotel receptionist who will tell you that the phone is ringing a lot and he’s the only one there so he can’t help you. Ubers are rarely used in this small town and so they’re hard to get. On the night we missed our stop, the uber cost about $90 dollars. Unless you’re well versed with using European train systems, please stay in a more populated and closer town to Venice like Mestre or better yet spend more money to stay in Venice for peace of mind. The hotel itself is clean and not bad. They have a breakfast selection for an additional add on. It’s a good deal."

"We had a spectacular stay at Palazzo Veneziano. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. They kindly upgraded my daughter and me to a junior suite, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and made our vacation feel truly special. A major highlight was the complimentary excursion they offered us to Murano to watch the master glass blowers at work—it was fascinating and seamlessly arranged. The hotel staff was also incredibly helpful in arranging our transportation to the airport, taking all the stress out of our departure. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and provided the perfect base for a lovely time in Venice. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Perfect location for the popular sites tucked away on a street short walking distance from the Rialto bridge and St Marks square. The hotel is decorated in a traditional Venetian style but with a modern touch. The reception staff are available 24 hours and are very friendly. The room was very comfortable with good air conditioning and bathroom facilities. We didn’t choose to have breakfast so can’t comment. Lots of great restaurants on the same street as the hotel and nearby. We would happily stay here again"

"Good location roughly midway between Rialto and Piazza San Marco, a <1-min. walk from the S. Maria del Giglio vaporetto station, which is served by the #1 line and the orange Alilaguna line -- about 40 min. by vaporetto from the train station and just over an hour from the airport. (I recommend taking the Alilaguna from the airport rather than a group taxi, as the latter will let you off farther away and over a bridge -- challenging with luggage.) We had only 3 issues with the hotel itself, all physical: a flight of stairs to the rooms (but they did help with our luggage), a high-sided bathtub that's challenging to get in and out of, and no electrical outlet on the far side of the bed. The room was clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfasts were good; there are multiple places to eat nearby for lunch and dinner. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There is a stolpersteine outside the entrance."

"The female staff in the mornings contined to take male guests ahead of me . Each time saying “ just let me finish with him “ Ignoring that i was first in line and should be teated equally . It was dismissive and unpolite . In this front desk clerks eyes i was insignificant and i did ask her what it was about me she felt it was ok to give me such lack of respect. She said i am sorry i didnt see you and it was only a lie. I was standing right in front and she looked directly at me"

"The hotel was elegant and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city—yet our room remained quiet and peaceful. When we checked out, the hotel kindly stored our luggage until we were ready to collect it later in the day, which was incredibly convenient and much appreciated.Definitely would stay here again.Thank you."
