Great location just a 15 minute walk from St Marks Square, Bridge of Sighs and the Rialto Bridge, we had a fantastic 5 day visit so we were able to visit everything we wanted to see. For breakfast there is a lovely continental breakfast buffet. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend this hotel

Our stay was amazing! The service was top-notch, and we were delighted to receive a newly renovated room. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet part of the Castle area, yet conveniently located just a one-minute walk from a supermarket and several excellent restaurants. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!

Very nice renovated home like hotel. Very close to all the most importance landmarks in Venice. Walking distance to the port. Very nice staff. The front desk manager and the night staff Mustafa were all very nice. The have a special policy to make you feel safe to stay in the town.

I contacted the hotel the night before arriving for transportation from airport and Mustafa at the front desk was great to give us directions :) We had an issue with the lock and the key broke One guy at the front desk was annoyed by it however someone else assisted with replacing key the fallowing morning Not ideal room next to dining area where breakfast is served every morning and you can hear everything The bathroom had drainage odor and we cover drains with towels to keep smell from coming out not successfully :(

This is an old property converted to a hotel so rooms and access are not uniform and stairs are part of the experience. Outlets were sparse, but toilets were modern, and AC was comfortable.

An Absolute Gem

Everything about the hotel was amazing. We were well taken care of by the staff upon arrival. The breakfast was fantastic, the room was impeccably clean, and the beds were comfortable. If you want to stay in a neighborhood in Venice full of locals and not day tourists, I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more. I would %1,000 stay again.

Could not fault anything about the place. Immaculately clean, especially the en suite. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. They literally could not be kinder. Breakfast was excellent, even catered to our gluten free needs. Even after check out, held our bags for as long as we needed. We would highly recommend.

Great location away from the tourist mobs

Anna, Mustafa and the woman who prepares breakfast and cleans all the rooms are delightful and so helpful! There was a problem with the hot water but the location is terrific. It’s Venice so one must take a water taxi but it’s followed by a lovely walk through the park. Thanks, folks!
