"Everything about our stay was easy and convenient! The front desk arranged a private water taxi pick up from the train station. It was a short walk and easy with our bags to the hotel. "The hotel staff was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and access to public transit was convenient. Our only disappointment was there is no chair in the room, so the only place to sit was on the bed. Still highly recommend the hotel."

"Great location, very close to some of the main attractions. Very accessible from the train station, via the Vaporetto. We used the hotel as a base to explorer and it was ideal. 4 of use ( 2 adults plus a 13 and 8 year old) shared a spacious room overlooking a canal busy with gondola traffic. The kids loved it.
