"Location is SUPERB. Steps into St Marco Sq. On a basin which houses Gondolas. You can sit out on the basin and what the Gondoliers at work. So pretty. Staff were fabulous. Lovely bar and bar tender - played blues for me. Breakfast included. We had a basin view room on the corner which was beautiful. Comfy bed and good linen. I have been to Venice many times, and can highly recommend this hotel. Very romantic, old world charm and comfortable. "

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is very convenient and easy to reach from the airport, which made my travel stress-free. The staff truly stood out for their kindness and professionalism—everyone was welcoming and helpful. A special mention to one staff member who went above and beyond by making me a fresh cup of cappuccino; such personal touches make a big difference! The breakfast is paid, but it’s worth it. There’s a good selection of dishes catering to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, the combination of great service, thoughtful details, and convenient location made my stay extremely pleasant. "Wonderful stay. Appreciated the room upgrade for being an Expedia Platinum member. Very thoughtful hand written welcome back card and gift (room fragrance and cookies! Much better than wine because not everyone drinks.) Lovely staff and location for glass lovers couldn’t be better. Will keep coming back to NH murano. "

"Breakfast was not free, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! There are water taxi’s for cheaper, but the hotel’s water taxi was convenient and took the guesswork out of not knowing what to expect."
