"We really enjoyed our stay at Al Ponte Mocenigo and would definitely recommend it. It’s in a quiet part of Venice but conveniently located close to the San Stae water bus station. It’s was an easy 15 min walk from the train station. Breakfast was quite elaborate and we really liked sitting in their beautiful garden area. Sandro was really good with helping us figure out the way to go to Murano and Burano and other islands. "

"Very nice room for a family of 4. Everyone had their own bed, which was our main concern. Fabio at the front desk was very welcoming when we arrived at the property with our water taxi and arranged for our luggage to be brought up to our rooms. The room itself was in the next building over, which wasn’t a big deal. The only thing we noticed was that particular stairwell was super stuffy and smelled rather fishy (but with the hotel on a canal, I don’t know if that could be helped). Overall, a...

"The Staff was Professional, friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful - went above and beyond. I felt very safe and comfortable in the Hotel and surrounding areas. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. Bed and room were spacious. The Breakfast was delicious. A large assortment of fresh food, coffee, fruit, desserts and more. I would highly recommend the Hotel to guests."

"Cool place to stay, a bit unique but really spacious! A little hard to find even when you’re outside the door. Communication in general not the best and via Expedia messaging really poor. Check in went OK but no staff on hand other times. I would stay again."

"Great property, close to everything we wanted to see. Or room faced the small canal out back and had a great view. Breakfast was €10 each and included croissant if your choice, coffee of choice (cappuccino, latte, etc.), yogurt, juice and a few crackers and cookies. Only things I would have like to see added was some fresh fruit. Room was clean, spacious and in good repair including the bathroom."

"B&B, not hotel Lots of steps up to the entrance, but did get some help with our bags. A/C in room was poor and room was not cool enough Pillows terrible. Overall, ok place to stay while in Venice. Barbara was a good host - very helpful information and was pleasant to work with!"
