We had a great stay. The service was excellent, breakfast was very good, and the location was convenient. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I have no complaints, and I felt the price was fair for what the hotel offered.

Room was clean but small, no seating area, modern but small bathroom. Comfortable bed and good ac. Excellent location easy 5 min walk from Mestre train station and shuttle bus to airport. Contrary to description on Expedia there are 2 elevators, hotel is 8 story high.

Great place to stay if you want to tour Venice without actually staying in the Lagoon. This hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. It's a really short walk to the train station (€1.50 to catch it) and was reasonably priced. There is a parking garage just down the street which was discounted for hotel guests. The buffet breakfast was average, and the train was a bit loud, but overall a nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The location was excellent—just a 4-minute walk from the train station and only 2 minutes from the bus stop, making it easy to get around. The free Wi-Fi worked great, and the breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Hotel was reasonably clean but poorly maintained - carpet in elevator was visibly stained/dirty and so was the carpet in the room. The walls in the room are also scuffed and look dirty. Towels are very thin and toiletries basic. If you’re just looking for a place to shower and change, this is fine. Location was convenient for airport and train but could be a long transit into areas such as San Marco. If you rather not deal with luggage through the canals etc, staying outside works if you don’t mind the daily transit time. Did not have breakfast or interact with staff much but when I did, they were helpful.

Good hotel if you're looking to explore Venice on a budget. Walking distance to Mestre train station and the Mestre bus station, making it very convenient if you're arriving at VCE Marco Polo Airport or by train. The ATVO shuttle bus takes you directly to the bus terminal, and the hotel is a quick 7 minute walk which is manageable, even with luggage.
