"This hotel is nice and quiet, not on the main canal but very close to the vaporetto stop. When I booked all they had left was an attic room which was more than big enough and even had a pretty cool view from the windows. The big downside was walking up and down 5 flights of stairs to get to the attic room. If you’re more fit than I am this is a good value priced option in Venice. Good breakfast too"

"Hotel was at a great location, half way from train station and St Marks Square. Rooms we had were clean and comfortable bed. Staff were all very helpful, they gave us good recommendations on food and helped booking us a water taxi to airport. Breakfast was good, and the rooftop lounge has a great view of the canal. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again."

"Skeleton keys noisy in middle of night when going to bathroom, you can hear people talking in other rooms, lumpy beds... but clean and well kept. Great location for tours , gondolas , shopping and restaurants... "
