Despite the late hour, the staff welcomed us warmly and could not have been more accommodating, which meant so much after a long travel day. "The accommodations are well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. Was located fairly close to the San Salvestro Vaporetto stop. Breakfast was abundant and served on time to your room. Had a common sitting room outside our room which was great as we were travelling with another couple. As the rooms are small we opted not to get daily cleaning/bed making service. "

Clean and easy check in and out- However they should have an attendant there longer it was difficult to walk around with bags since we checked out time is 11am they only held bags til 3:30pm since they leave at 4 our train out of Venice was at 7 pm that’s the only thing Other than that it was a great stay good breakfast clean room "
