"This property was excellent. We celebrated our honeymoon and everyone was so accommodating and very attentive. Mim was exceptional. She goes over and above to make sure everyone is taken care of. Professional yet very very kind. Nicolas was also exceptional. Always made us feel welcome. The only issue we had was upon our arrival at the train station the boat taxi from the hotel was extremely rude to us. We had areanged to have him pick us up at 3 and it was 2:55 and he was upset that he kept calling us We needed time to get from the train with our bags and find where to meet him. Plus we had no data and had to use the wifi of train station. It ruined our excitement that we felt when we arrived in venice. This was not acceptable. I would like the hotel to look into this. "This hotel is perfectly located nearly in the center of everything. It’s just a 2 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. The bar and lounge is a bit lack Luster but it does the job, quite nicely, after a long day walking all over the city. The restaurant looks lovely, but we didn’t really use it. The bed was a bit hard for one of us, but perfectly fine for the other. The Staff is very accommodating, but not pushovers. ****would stay here again!"
