"Nice hotel. Great location. Rooms a bit quirky when you see the way the shower/ basin is configured. One suggestion is that they put a small fridge in the room which would help when temps are in 30s but AC was excellent "

"I stayed here for one night as I was going to see a show at the Sadlers Wells and the property is five minutes walk. Check in was fast and staff friendly. The room is basic but clean and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. For the price and location I highly recommend. "

"Walking distance to sites and metro station 5-10 min walk. Grocery store next to hotel. If you don’t do the breakfast at the hotel there a bakery/coffee shop within 5 mins walk called Gail’s. Overall excellent stay and would stay here again."

"This hotel is outstanding! The hotel is conveniently located next to Buckingham Palace and Tube transportation. Easy walk to the palace, Big Ben, and Westminster. The staff are wonderful - incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly (they helped me get last minute show tickets on my most recent stay). Great room - quiet with wonderful amenities. "

"Delightful. We had a clean, beautifully designed and fresh feeling room overlooking the pretty garden. The air conditioning worked very well and kept us very comfortable, which we needed as it was a very hot couple of days. We also dined in the hotel for dinner and breakfast and both were exceptional. "Awesome hotel right by the Tower of London with a Tube station next door—super easy to get anywhere in the city. The single room was small but really well laid out. Only thing missing was a coffee maker in the room. Otherwise, highly recommend! "

"Definitely small double room as per old London standard. You have to be physically fit in order to manage yourself in this tiny room. Comfy bed. Very clean. Friendly staffs. Worth the money. If you want bigger rooms, try looking at newer area like Canary Wharf."
