"Very clean, helpful staff, however food was lacking, several mornings the chai seed coconut pudding was not replenished in a timely manner, also the hotel advertised Honolulu Hawaiian hot dogs but when I went to order I was told they are discontinued, I was given an overpriced theme park hot dog equivalent to a 7-11 big bite. Had the food been better I would have rated excellent instead of good"

"Last time staying. The only pro is the building is well constructed. You don't hear your neighbor on other floors. I don't know if it was just my party. Staff wasn't friendly at all, nothing wasn't explain. It was like here there you go. No bands, no activities, nothing about the stay. The room was dirty this time around, had to clean it. Never again. I couldnt be refunded so i had to deal with it."

"The property looked OK and smelled OK, but it was not clean in my room. The shower I actually needed shower shoes that was a first for me. There was hair all over the room. The bed was clean. The air conditioner was super loud and the shower leaked all over the floor. The room looks as it’s pictured, but there is a parking fee that is not disclosed and Expedia makes it sound like parking is included with the price.
