"We had a wonderful stay in the penthouse — it truly exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully laid out, with a fantastic private terrace that wraps all the way around. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and induction hob. Whether preparing a full meal, a quick snack, or simply heating something up, it made everything easy and convenient. The location couldn’t be better....

"The property stole my clothes. After numerous complaints they were returned wet and dumped on the couch. Attempts to fix the washer so I could clean the clothes were not helpful at all. I’d be asked for my availability and always told that didn’t work could I wait in the middle of the day. The point of my vacation is not to wait around for a repair man. The agreed to a morning window and the person came 25 minutes late as we were leaving. Apparently he has no concept of traffic. Property...

"We used to live in area! So location was perfect/ it’s close to all transport options. Great cafes and pubs and park for families. Apartment was great- clean and tidy. Small things like lack of draws/ storage for longer stays, a Place for bathrooms essentials and enough pods for washing clothes/dishes was inconvenient and had it been catered for would make the accommodation faultless. … "

"Spent a week here in late July 2023. It was perfect. Bigger than pictures show. Family of four with two teenagers. We loved being close to underground and buses, and having all the utilities we would need for a week stay in London."

"Cannot fault this place at all! The staff are truly exceptional, all so friendly and go over and beyond to help. The only minor complaint is the internet keeps dropping but it’s easy to keep reconnecting it. The spaces are so much nicer in real life than on the photos. I’ll definitely be back, this place feel like home (a fancy 5* home!)"

"The apartment was beautiful however it had a terrible stench. It smelled like a mixture of mold and sewage; the beds were also on the smaller side more fitting for one person. We had to purchase freshners and open the balcony door to lighten the smell. Besides that it was an ok experience "
