Wonderful staff. Basic and clean room. Decent bed. I would suggest adding a small refrigerator to the room. Great for direct access to the Piccadilly line into downtown. A safe neighborhood, great coffee shop at Poison Ivy coffee.

Nice hotel don’t get the breakfast

It was a nice hotel, very clean. But the breakfast was a huge disappointment. It was a continental but barely even that, I wish I had known before as I wouldn’t have paid extra for it.

Not bad for the price and location

This is a type of hotel just for the place to crash. Nothing fancy but everything is working. Location is great as it’s next to a Picadilly Line station.

Low standard from American point of view. I moved 3 times to different rooms. There’s always something wrong with it the room. One room there’s only hot water no cold. One room no shelves to put ur toiletries. Staff were good very accommodating

Easter trip

The hotel is located opposite the tube entrance, easy to find and convenient for early morning flights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, clean and coffee/tea making facilities. Access to restaurant in the house. Perfect location för Heathrow.

Excellent from the minute we walked through the door. Reception was very good and always there to answer anything. Clean friendly and excellent location to go in to London on underground.

Perfect location

It was very minimalist without any drawers/microwave/fridge but it was clean and serviced well. The breakfast was a full English breakfast with fruit, yogurt, bread, coffee and croissants. The servers were very efficient at cleaning tables and helping out.

Good location opposite the tube station. Staff were lovely as was the food. Bathroom very small and our room was directly overlooking the train lines which were obviously noisey. Room very hot and a/c didn’t work.
