"Lovely hotel but has seen better days. In need of refurbishment. The A/C in our room was very weak & the shower was broken. The room was really spacious & very comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room overlooked the railway line which obviously increased the noise levels. The staff were very friendly & competent. The pool area wasn't particularly clean & the men's steam room wasn't working."

"Lobby was gorgeous and leads you to believe that you will be staying in a quality hotel. Nope! The shower had black plastic covering the blue tiles, the shower was also small and cramped. Bed was OK, king sized bed with a duvet that barely covered it. The restaurant quality was shockingly overpriced for the quality - vegans beware - they state "vegan options" but what you get is basic pasta with a tomato sauce for the bargain price of £22! "Perfect position for Wembley stadium"

"Very clean accommodating hotel but unfortunately in the morning there was no hot water for a shower our friends in room 611 also didn’t have hot water they did call to reception who sent someone up with 2 bottles of water……random!! When we checked out we reiterated that there was no hot water in our rooms for a shower which we obviously needed after a long day out. The receptionist was apologetic but we still feel that this was not good enough a hot water shower is essential in a hotel stay."

"Not up to usual Harbour Hotel standards. Good size room, Food in bar was long delayed, gin provided free of charge but tonic was charged for unlike other Harbour Hotels. Breakfast very good. Bugs crawling around the bathroom. . Reception mixed. Young man was very good but the staff later in the day were not very helpful. ."
