"Clean ample room, well equipped with a comfy large bathroom. Only drawback - limited TV programming mostly Asian channels. No CNN and BBC although those are listed in the programming brochure. Very friendly and helpful reception and restaurant staff. Good job, everybody "

"The staff Anna and Da were very nice people. The hotel is old and has molds but is being covered with scents that gave me a headache. The room we were given was on second floor though my priorities are always higher floor, thus it was very nice at night and early morning. Our sleep was interrupted. The breakfast was good but same choices everyday."

"Fabulous hotel with amazing staff and facilities. Although this hotel is about 2km from the old quarter don’t let this put you off! Download the grab app and use taxis. We moved here after a very bad experience with a hotel in the old quarter and we are so pleased we did. From the size of the room to the amazing staff ( and breakfast Choices) you won’t be disappointed staying here. By Westlake, there are wonderful restaurants, views and beauty spas walking distance from the hotel. Particular praise to the reception staff and Truc Quynh in the restaurant who made us feel like VIPS."

The location is very convenient - right in the Old Quarter and walking distance to many attractions. The best part about our stay was the incredible team! We loved everyone at the hotel. Second of all, I forgot a valuable in the safety box and something else outside, and they gladly shipped it to my next hotel in a a different city. Great work! "
