I was also comminicating with Grace weeks/months before our arrival for tourist spots and packages available and all of my questions were answered with warmth and genuine care. It was really nice to finally see her when we arrived. She's a great asset in the hotel, and her presence put my family at ease. All the tours she has arranged for us were all amazing! Shopping, souvenir shops, michelin guide restaurants, and Old Quarter landmarks like the hoan kiem lake, and puppet show, were conveniently located near the hotel and within 5-10 minutes walk depending on your phase. Room is not too spacious but really comfortable. They have universal plugs in their room, so travel adaptors are not really a necessity. They always keep the room clean and tidy. Spa/massage is open till late and willing to accommodate you despite the time. On our last day, since we left early, they have also prepared packed breakfast for us to eat during our travel. For the complimentary breakfast, they offer beef, chicken, and vegetable Phở in addition to the buffet set up meals. You have to order it in the counter together with your preferred eggs however, they don't take note of the orders."
