"We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, with plenty of lovely restaurants and food options close by. The service was exceptional, with the staff always smiling, friendly, and happy to help. Their recommendations were also fantastic. We booked a Ha Long Bay day cruise based on their recommendation, and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The sky bar had a beautiful view and was a lovely place to relax. The pool was also a great size and the perfect spot to unwind after a morning of exploring. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Meritel, the rooms and service are fantastic. We wanted to give a special mention to Tim for the fantastic check-in and for also sorting so much for us for our onward travels. This is a lovely hotel in the middle of the old quarter with great staff, service and luxury. We had the grand terrace room and views speak for themselves."
