" We stayed here for a total of 6 days. where greeted in a very warm and friendly manner and with a very cold drink of orange (which was very welcomed). An amazing hotel with very friendly staff who are amazingly helpful. Both my wife and I were very impressed with this hotel and we will be going back again. Amazingly cheap and perfectly situated in the old quarter. "

" A beautiful hotel in the middle of the French quarter, easy walking distance to lake and cathedral. All the staff were so accommodating and also welcoming. Breakfast is not to be missed !! Seriously if you can’t find something to eat in the morning that’s on you. We would definitely stay again. "

"The staff in Solaria are a dream (especially Lily)! What a fantastic experience it was. No question or request was too little or too much for them and they gave us tips for our Ha Long Bay cruise. They helped organize our airport transfers; we had checked out a day before our cruise and they were happy to store our luggage while we were away (they even gave us some fruit and water for the journey to the marina). When we came back, we had a city tour and we were able to freshen up in their shower room and when I decided to get a facial, they honoured the guest spa discount event though we were technically no longer guests. Amazing! The bed was a little firm for our personal preference and they got a mattress topper for us. MIAs restaurant downstair was also fantastic! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Hanoi - it's a small boutique hotel that packs a great punch and makes you feel like VIPs. This is hands down the top, most hospitable hotel we have ever had the pleasure to experience, and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Hanoi. "
